so i have a dilemma with this option c printout,
i am living in the us with my common law and have been living with hime since april 2009. been living int he us since 2006.
i have filed my taxes up to year 2008, having my address as my mothers canadian address where i used to live and being a canadian resident.
now i dont know how to file my 2009 and 2010, like what address???
the deal is i work on private yachts and i dont technically make money in the us, i make it offshore it in a different way.
so i dont file us taxes, cuz if i did then it would be like i am working here illegally.
when i come into the us, i also come in as a tourist, or in transit or whatever they want to stamp on my passport. when it asks me what country i reside in i say canada, cuz i dont really reside in the us, in the us immigration standpoint, cuz then i would be illegal...
its a catch 22 and i'm stuck.
this option c printout is a road block that is delaying my application.
i can get letters from my captains stating how much money i have made and the length of time i have worked with them...
will this suffice, along with my 2008 option c print out?
i still want to file my taxes though....
