Hi,

In the moth December 2nd week, 2015, I lost my wife's (cosigner) NOA for tax year 2012. Right away she called CRA and requested to send
her a Option C print out. It seems like that due to holiday we may not be able to receive that in time. But we have other government document to prove our family annual income for that tax year 2012.

I have all other NOA originals for tax years (2012,2013,2014), in this situation Can I still submit Parental sponsorship application, requesting will make Option C print available to them as soon as we receive that.

Please suggest me

Thank you,

reg

It doesn't sound like you have any other option besides it if you want to make it into the quota, so i would do just that.

I would say print the copies online from CRA account in this situation bcoz if u don't send them they will definately reject it as incomplete application.

see this what cic have on there site...

Minimum Necessary Income requirement for sponsors of parents or grandparents

If you are sponsoring a parent or a grandparent, you must submit a Notice of Assessment issued to you by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for each of the three years immediately preceding the date of your application. If you do not have paper copies of your Notices of Assessment on file, you can view (and print) your tax returns as well as other personal tax information using the CRA’s My Account online service. To register or login, visit My Account.

So they never said tht they want option C or NOA in original but you can also print it online.

Thanks
