Optaining a police certificate from Jamaica

Hi I'm sponsoring my husband and he's living here in Canada we just got a letter for him to do a schedule A declaration form and for a policie certificate from Jamaica. Anyone know how to get about that while he's here in Jamaica. We only have a limited amount of time to get this done. Any help would be appreciated we are living in Toronto.
