OPPNP - The letter of support for work permit?

I applied for Work Permit via CIC online service this September. I got a notice today, saying that

"Please provide a copy of The letter of support issued by the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration."

Anyone knows where can I get the letter of support??? My work permit is expiring the end of this month, and my employer is waiting for my new work permit to update my status...

If you are an PNP candidate for Ontario, you can apply for the letter of support from their office, it takes 5 business days if your material is ok. I posted the letter they sent to me, in addition, I printed my latest three months' cellphone bill

This is a follow up to your request for a Work Permit Support Letter.



In order for us to issue a Work Permit Support Letter, please provide us with the following additional information and/or documentation:



Please confirm your current residential address (i.e. where you are physically living now).



Please confirm if you are currently employed. If yes, please provide your position title, the name of the company for which you are working and the full address of your current workplace. Also, please provide a copy of your two most recent pay stubs, if you are currently employed with this same company.



Your current contact information (current address, phone number/s and email address)



Please confirm your current activities in Ontario (If you are not currently employed.)



If your contact information has also changed after nomination, you will need to send us a Change of Personal Information form in order to have your address and/or contact phone number updated on our system. The Change of Personal Information form is available on our website at:

under “Forms and Guides”, under the “Other Important Downloads”. Please complete this form and send to us so we can officially update your application details.



Always remember to quote your file number in any correspondence to our office.

After you got the letter, you can go directly to the Port of Entry, then you can get the work permit right away.

I got it in the port of niagara fall, simply went through the rainbow bridge and tell the US officer that you wanna go bk to canada, then walk back to canada, go to the cic there, they will give you the extention of your work permit.

I got the letter the same day I requested. Those people are really nice and tried to help me out because my work permit is expiring and the online application only gave me 7 days to submit the letter of support.

I think going to buffalo is a good idea. But the thing is I don't have a U.S. visa. Can we cross the boarder without an U.S. visa?
