open work visa

Hi,

I wonder if I got the open work visa in my passport if I can change the employer to any time .... and don't need a LMO???

normally I would not have that visa ...but they must made a mistake? DO you think I can use it and they let me change employers also if I would have another visa where it is not allowed. Does CIC know what they visa they gave me?

I am confused but I don't wane call them ..then they mind change my visa???

"Does CIC know what they visa they gave me?" <----- Let me see if I understand this, one of the questions you are asking is, if CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) knows what visa they (i.e CIC) issued to you?

I must admit, I am also (very) confused. It probably would not be a good idea for you to call CIC and ask that question.

Maybe someone else here on the forum will be able to answer your question for you.

they gave me the wrong visa ..but ist is better than what I supposed to get!

Just to be clear, what visa did you apply for? What visa did CIC actually issue to you?

I applied for young professional visa over IEC and I got an open work permit Visa! no employer specific visa!

if they gave u open work visa then u can work any where and no need for lmo.
