I am very confused with the whole application process, since English is not my native language, I found that I am constantly lost in the maze of forms. I get the big picture, and I know the main forms that I will need to fill in.
I have downloaded most of the forms for myslef and my sponsor (my bf) and I want to get as much forms done as possible before my bf gets back from his 2-week rotation work. He knows nothing about the application process and we just started gathering all the informations. Of course he will help me out but i want to finish all my forms while he is away.
We are applying Common-Law Sponsorship with Open Work Permit. So, what form(s) do i need for OWP? Is it IMM1249 (Application to Change Conditon, Extend my stay or Remain in Canada)? Can you provides links or the numbers of the forms?
