Hi,
I applied for open work permit in Jan and as per the processing time it was supposed to arrive by Mar19th.
How long should I anticipate the delay?
I even asked for help via Web form but haven't received any reply so far.
I am already in Canada.

There is no delay. For work permits in Canada, IRCC is still working on 2019 apps.

This was from US and the processing time mentioned is 3 weeks.

Its for my husband. He has applied for Open work permit based on my student visa

If you are posting for multiple people in different situations, you need to make that clear.

There is nothing you can do but wait.
