Mansoor24 just use Imm5710 and write on top page "open work permit".
Any question not applicable to you just write n/a.

Open work permit applies for those spouse who worked in Canada or those who work under live-in caregiver after completed 24 months under the program.

1.) For open work permit it is under work permit with a new employer.
2.) NA
3.) If you have created your myCIC account, all documents needed are listed there and you need to upload it. The document formats are in pdf and .doc (those are what I used).
4.) Her status in Canada if she is with you, if in her country of residence, only her passport.

Study the CIC website, all are explained there.

Hello
Anyone has any idea about getting a TWP? does my job offer has to be one of the listed on NOC code? or any job offer is fine? also how much it takes from getting a job offer till you land in canada?

Hi, I wonder if you may be confusing the TFWP (for temporary work permits) and the FSWP (for permanent immigration). The TFWP is open to all legal job offers under all NOCs. The FSWP is currently closed until May 4th; when it reopens, it will also likely be open to all NOCs whereas previously applications were restricted to a high priority NOC list.

As to how long it takes to get a job offer until you land in Canada - this varies hugely as there are many steps in the process. You have to first get the job offer, the employer will likely have to apply for an LMO, you'll have to apply for a work permit, plus a TRV if you're not visa exempt. So count on a couple of months or so.

Hope that helps.

Hi there, I'm wondering why you think your job might not have a NOC...? All jobs are categorized and assigned to a NOC. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question?

No no you are not misunderstanding....considering my work exp, my latest educational qualification and NOC codes of "o", "A" and "B" i have some what mismatching. So i am worried weather LMO will be positive or not and in addition if i will get a TRV or not. :)
