open work permit

hello, im vickie alejo from muntinlupa philippines.

we applied before for spousal/open workpermit. my husband works at canada as skilled worker in a hotel. Later last Sept. 2012, my application is denied, the same with my kids. November 15, 2012 we applied again but this time without our kids and until now i haven't receive a word for the embassy.

You realize if you don't include your children, you will never be able to sponsor them correct?
