hi, everyone, I was waiting for my PRRA result and I just got a letter from CIC that I got AIP. I did not apply OWP when I apply sponsorship. I came here from USA green card, but I have not go back to USA. So, my green card is invalide. If I apply for OWP now, do I need a visitor visa? I am chinese citizenship which need a visit visa to come to Canada. Thanks.
