Open work permit with sponsorship application processing time

Hi!
I hope you are doing well.
I have applied for PR through a sponsorship program by my wife (in Canada). Also, I have sent documents to an open work permit. The documents have been received on 11 of march and a week ago I received a letter with a temporary application number which mentioned that the documents have been received on 11 of March this year.
I just want to know generally how long does it take to receive an open work permit?

I know the sponsorship processing time which is about one year.

Does anyone know how long the OWP (inland spousal sponsorship) takes in Quebec? If they issue the OWP after AIP does that mean in Quebec it will be 8 months plus the 2 -3 months for the Quebec papers? As far as I understand the process CIC approves the sponsorship and then waits for the papers from Quebec which takes up to 3 months, to continue the process. So the OWP in that case could take up to 11 months!?
