I am in quite the impass. I have an Open Work Permit (OWP) since my wife is an international student.
In my OWP it reads, "Unless authorized, prohibited from attending any educational institution, or taking any academic, professional or vocational training course".
I basically want to learn French and see what options I have available in order to be able to learn it.
Can someone explain the limitations and if I can take courses to learn privately or the public free ones, or I am not allowed to study any at all.
