1. You need to have a medical at a DMP and then apply for change of conditions on your work permit.

I went thru my medical in Dec-2012. can you guide me which form is required for change in condition- i tried doing that online but there is no option which says removal of condition

YOu include a note which you wish to change the condition. Select other and write change conditions.

I have an emergency question. I have an open work permit with the restriction of working in healthcare occupations. I have an excellent job offer in a mental health care hospital and i need to remove this condition. I am aware that I had to take the medical exam sooner but I was wondering how can I remove this condition on my current open work permit after getting the medical exam ONLINE. after completing the questionnaire It leads me to just one result which is applying for Temporary Resident Visa, which I also have to apply fo ( As i am an international person). I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
