Has anyone got a response for OWP outside of Canada?
I gave my biometrics mid-May 2020 and the processing time of 10 weeks have already passed.

Anyone in a similar situation?

no updates yet applied for OPW outside canada last may 2020, done biometrics last march for PR application(dependent). Medical passed on june 22 and still no update since then...
