I hope you guys can help me.
I was International student in 2017 and I applied for my wife and kids Work permit and visas and got a refusal. Latter this year I applied for my wife only for a Visitor and she got another refusal.
In october 2018 I changed my conditions from Student to a temporary worker under LMIA NOC B. and recently I applied for a visitor visa for my wife because she has a very good job back home and she got another refusal, because they do not think she will leave canada.....
1-Should I apply once agan but for an OWP instead of a Visitor visa?.
2-Can I do a paper aplication Within Canada if she is no living in Canada?
I am going to apply to CEC in Oct 2019.
