open work permit online urgent!

Hi,

I got laid off my work in OCT 2013, I came to canada in August 2012 with closed work permit of 2 years which will end in august 2014.
I applied for my PR in April 2013 under PNP category. I got nominated for Alberta under STRATEGIC Recruitment Stream(without JOB offer). I got my AOR from new delhi office in June 2013, after that i didn't heard anything back from them. My ECAS status is still application received.
I have little bit confusion over applying BOWP which can be as per cic terms can be applied in april 2014. Some people are suggesting i can apply now also. There is one member she had similar case like me, she got an offer from some company she applied for open work permit and got it. I have started my application online but cant move forward as i am having some doubts regarding the questionnaire. If anyone can help me regarding my situation i shall be very thankful.

Hi Ramu,

Did you receive AOR from Delhi? why is there any reason? I think your PR application should be process inside Canada (CPP-Ottawa) then only your eligible to apply BOWP.

I qualify for theses conditions.
Thanks! I read this do you think i should wait for one more month or can i apply now?
Because i contacted one or two member whom i contacted in this forum got open work permit and their case is similar to mine.
