Open Work Permit (Inland) IMM5553 or IMM5710???

I just saw a post from another member that included an email from CIC telling them for the OWP to fill out IMM5553??

I was told (and did) fill out IMM5710....

Did I send the wrong one with my PR app?????

IMM5553 is not an immigration form; it's the instruction guide that tells you how to fill out the application.

Point 2 is the actual form, IMM5710

URGENT!!!

I am currently working on spousal sponsorship with open work permit , currently im holding a TRV only ,
im am confused in filling out imm 5710, in # 3 question , i am applying for one or more of the following:
should i tick both ? initial work permit with a new employer and Temporary resident permit?
