I am currently under visitor status in Canada. I am about to send of my application for my PR through common-law sponsorship, and I am also sending off my OWP application.
I need some help answering question 3 on form IMM5710e:
Question- " I am applying for one or more of the following:
1. Apply for a work permit with the same employer.
2. Apply for a work permit for the first time, or with a new employer.
3. Restore my status as a worker.
4. Get a new temporary resident permit (For inadmissible applicants only).
I previously had a two year working holiday visa before being on my visitor status. My plan is to go back and work at the job that I had for the last year of my working holiday visa.
Do I therefore check answers 1 and 3? Note- question 3 must also be answered with either question 1 or 2 as well.
