Open work permit for vulnerable workers

Hi,

I've been thinking about this so long but now I do want to apply for this open work permit. So my company has changed the work conditions so many times and they paid differently from the paper. I had to pay back to them in cash and they always just call me and tell me this is the amount I need to give them and never send me the proper calculation.

They also blocked everyone from social media so they get no contact from recruiters or potential jobs. do you think it will be approved by ircc

Maybe you need to clarify exactly what you are trying to say given your post is not clear at all. You say your company, an employer or a consultant. B;ocked from social media you mean the employer or the consultant ? You have paid someone money for something ? Have you sent copies of passport and so on to somebody ? All sounds very suspicious

They made me not to mention anything on linkedIN and consider it as the resignation if I do. They said they don't want anyone to contact their workers. And then they pay me less then the paper but the paystub is full amount and tell me to pay them back

Apply for a vulnerable open work permit . You are eligible for this you are getting financially abused. Gather some thing by which you can prove it what you are saying . And I am sure you will get open work permit to find new employer who can do lmia & other paper work for you
