If the applicant is on TRV and after landing in canada, applied OWP as the owp processing time is longer . Then applicant need to leave canada bcz on TRV u can stay only for 6 month. Then if OWp gets approved when applicant is not in canada what will happen in that case ?

You shouldn’t leave Canada if you apply spouse open work permit. Still your application gets confirmation you are legal to stay in Canada

I am on maternity leave and thats the reason i want to go to home country for sometime else i will not get this timeoff again
