open work permit for husband

hi, i am a student here in Canada and i am here studying since January 2017 and i got married in January 2018 in Australia and then came back for continuing my study and my husband went back to India after his studies in Australia. i applied a visitor visa for him in March and it got refused. And, i just have study till Dec2018 and i do not have any idea wt to do now as i have been misguided earlier with the visitor visa thing too. And i really need help because this is pissibg me and him off. As, its being long that we both are together and in long distance relationship and now we bith want to be together.

In order to get an open work permit he hasto be in canada and you must submit an inland application for sponsorship. Otherwise you have to do outland and wait until he lands as a pr

So you are an international student studying in Canada. If so, please try to post your question in the internal students section of the forum.

With your study permit ending soon (this Dec), I am not sure if you can apply for a working permit for you husband. Check with other students who have more experience in that section.

Most ppl in this section are PRs or citizens and are applying their family to become PR.
