i've just received a letter from IRCC stating I paid insufficient fees for my open work permit (only the $100 for the holder fee and not the additional $155). I've now paid and am about to mail back the application as my letter says I should, however I'm incredibly worried this means my application with my treated as a new application and i'm going to have to wait another lifetime before I hear anything or get anywhere (I submitted in March 2020). Anyone with any advice or experience I'd be grateful to hear from you. Take care
