Open Work Permit Fees

My husband is applying for his OWP, we just paid $155 for the work permit (including extensions) do we also have to pay the $100 fee for Open Work Permit holder? Please help us we want to send the application today!

As per CIC instructions:

If you are applying for an Open Work Permit, you must pay the $100 Open Work Permit Holder fee in addition to the Work Permit fee of $155.
Open Work Permit Holder fee is refunded if the application is refused.​

Are you guys doing it with job offer or without job offer?

One more thing i want to ask is that i am a web developer ( NOC A 2174 ) and once i get job there can i file my PR when i am working there on Open work permit?

what is the Processing time for the same?

Actually i am filing PR and my score is very low but i am eligible in express entry so i can do PNP but without job offer it is difficult to get PNP so can i take this way to get through this way.

Please let me know about the same if you guys have any information for that.
