Hello!
I am going to Saskatchewan for my Master’s degree this May. The course length is two years. But I have got only a 14-month visa and I have been refused once in the fall of 2022 and applied with the same offer letter. My offer letter has a validity of one full year. Another important thing is that my sister-in-law is a citizen of Canada and lives in Toronto. The only family member who lives in our home country is my mother-in-law from my spouse's side.
In that case, if I apply OWP for my husband, will it get rejected because of the Canada-Tie? Then what should I do to take my spouse to Canada?
As I have to extend my visa, shall I apply for my husband after getting an extension of my visa?
Any suggestion regarding this would be really helpful for me. Right now I am blank and unable to figure out the correct way.
