Open Work Permit arrived!

Hey,
So currently waiting for pr under the family class sponsorship,just received my OP after over 4 months,will i need to go to my bank,service Canada,alberta health,blue cross etc to update the fact I have a new expiry date or does it transfer?

Your post isn't very clear.

By "does it transfer", are you asking if these other places will automatically know about your new work permit? Of course not.
