Hi guy, I'm applying spousal sponsorship inland.

I was looking how to apply for the OWP and when I answer the questions on the IRCC tool it shows to apply online, and in the end a guide how to apply on paper.

I need to apply on paper right? this website is really confusing.

Yeah you apply on paper, you send the application in with the sponsorship application, in the same envelope.
