Open Work Permit, am I a Student or Not?

On the checklist for the OWP application (IMM 5556) it has a section that asks "If you are a student" and it asks to include proof of academic standing.

Here's the deal: My partner is sponsoring me, and I've graduated from school here so I am on a student visa. But I am not currently a student since I've finished. What's the protocol here?

the question ask if you are a student......if you are not currently a student since you have graduated, you are not a student and may leave that checkbox unchecked
