I am trying to apply for an Open Work Permit after receiving my Initial Approval letter. Following this guide, I signed into my IRCC account, and answered the questionnaire to start a work permit application but I am getting prompted to create a Permanent Residency application instead. I already created this application so I am lost on how to specifically create an online application for OWP.
