Open Spouse Work Permit

Hope you all are doing well!!
I am planning to apply spouse open work permit for my wife. I came to Canada in Jan 17 as student. I completed my studies and applied for my work permit. My questions is for my wife's work permit. Is there norms or conditions for me to get her work permit.

Yes - you must have a job that is NOC A, B or 0.

Is this possible, if she can come to Canada on visit visa and we will convert her visa in to work permit?
If yes, what is the process and how much time will it take?

Hi I have same issue.. my fiancee is asking me to apply for a tourist visa then we will be get married in alberta after the wedding I will apply for a working visa..Is it possible?
