My brother in law recently came here on open work permit, his wife is a student here and will apply for her post graduate work permit this coming Dec.
Hes trying for a job still looking. work permit date is good until dec when his wife graduates. then his wife will apply for post grad work permit.
1.If he can't find a job will it cause any issues or delays once he has to renew /extend his work permit in Dec or is a job required for extension?
2.If his wife finds a job in her field and she applies for pr does that mean her husband can be included in the pr application or he will have to file his own application for pr through his open work permit/job.?
