hi guys, If I am going to choose Outland application, I am eligible for open work permit? and another one, If we choose inland me and my partner is not allowed to leave the country?

OWP is not available for an Outland applicant.

An Inland application does not mean that the applicant cannot leave Canada; they can!

The problem is that if the applicant is denied re-entry into Canada, the Inland application is going to be toast!

This is why it is strongly suggested that an Inland applicant think long and hard about this `possibility'.

okay thanks, so my partner can travel abroad and me will stay here? since I am the applicant?

I am really confused right now on what route should we choose. I am an international student and my visa will expires in 2017. I dont want to waste my money on studying because it is really expensive to pay $7000 per semester. if I choose outland my application will be more faster but the prons is I will continuously pay a huge amount of tuition fee. However, on the other hand, If I choose Inland, my paper will take tooooo LONG, but the cons is I will drop my course and have a work permit. I cant choose between this two options :(

You should just put off a semester or two until you get your PR through outland, since it has a shorter processing time. After you get PR, then you can go back to school without paying international rates
