hi everyone, i want to know if i still need an opcion c printout from revenue canada since i have been living in spain,madrid for 3 years now???

Write a letter explaining why you don't have it. If you can include an annual income document from Spain, I'd go ahead and so that too, though it's not strictly required for a spousal/common law/conjugal application.
