Amsterdam got their nomination? Is this for real? Within 18 days?

I was wondering that myself???

He hasn't been active on the forum since August 2014 according to his profile.

But then I've just read this on the 'What if a job reference letter is more than 1 pages' thread;

As pointed by Amsterdam he got a call and even OOPNP called his employer as well. So do we all need to expect a call or it will be on case to case basis. Why I am asking is my employer dont even know I am applying for Canada immigration. I have sent referral letter on company letter head as my immediate manager helped me in getting one. So will call goes to my immediate manager or my company. My immediate manager has signed that reference letter and his mobile number is also mentioned in that along with company details.

Is he posting somewhere else and someone's copied his information across?

Incidentally, I had an email and a phone call from OOPNP on Friday last week and again yesterday to clarify some information, so they're definitely working on them. So getting OOPNP in 18 days might not be as unrealistic as we think for the first batch but it'd be good if someone can confirm where Amsterdam's information has come from.

:)

cheesycheese,
His profile name is Amsterdam2015. Please see the following page for this actual posting:

Really good to know that you have started getting call. We'll await a good news from you then.

Yes, people are receiving nomination fairly quick, check proof from other forum (someone mentioned in other thread)

Sample Nomination certificate: http: //imgur. com/1LHrG34

Ah that's great news....for him and for the rest of us. :D
I should be a fairly straightforward case also so hopefully I'll hear something soon.

Thanks for your help guys.

Thats nice to know.. When did you get the ACK?

This some thing shedding a ray of hope for the EE applicants. I am eagerly waiting for my ACK to receive. My app was submitted on 26th at their office in person. I hope my case is also fairly straight forward as I am residing in ON providence from past 2 years, fingers crossed.
