OOPNP related urgent help needed

Hi,

I got OOPNP notification on Dec 30, 2015 and I have 45 days to submit my documents however I am confused whether to apply or not so need you guys to help me....

My concern is that one needs to have strong intent and ties to stay in ON for PNP to get approved however my work permit is expired and I am in process of restoring my status but cannot work hence I quit my job. My kid and spouse are back home and I do not have any other relatives in ON only few friends...Due to all these issues I feel my OOPNP will not be approved.

My score is 451 and I am still waiting for ITA as once my file got rejected last year in Oct 2015 due to police clearance certificate problem...

Too many complications and confusion plz help guys...

IMO with a score of 451, you can utilize your C$1500 somewhere better. Sooner than later you should get an ITA. Whenever that is even if its sometime down the time this year as opting for OINP is also going to take around 4-6 months of your time.

But nevertheless you should get your PCCs in place, lest your PR application may get rejected again.
