No, worst case, if the threshold has been reached, your application is just held on to and then processed at the beginning of next year- in this case, two months from now.RajeshIL said:I got my PT letter on the 29th of last month. I am sending all my documents on the 15th of Nov. Will they shut the doors one me? It is well below the 45 days time limit they have given. My EE score dropped to 401(too close) since I got older.
Thank you,
Rajesh

I do not think so. I believe the Provincial/Territorial Interest will be issued only if the cap has not been reached and hence I do not believe that cap would be reached. Even if cap is reached , they would still process your application, in the next years quota. If they return your application unprocessed (due to CAP full or some other reason), they are obliged to return back the fee as well.sivatlp said:Hello Experts,
I am the principal applicant working in Canada with PGWP submitted EE Profile along with my spouse who is also in Canada. I have 439 points. I
got CEC met, FSW not met and PNP not met. My NOC is 2282 (B).
Yesterday I have got letter of interest from Ontario.
If we arrange and submit our documents within 45 days(that is before December 21, 2015); then do the immigration officers will send our documents back saying the noc cap has been already filled for the year? If so, will they refund the application fee $1500?
Do I have to show funds for a family of 2 - $14853 ?
Till date our account balance is nil, but is it ok to make a sudden single transaction of $14853 from my father's account? with the Gift Deed from my father, his net-worth certificate and both of our bank statements.
Please Suggest
Thanks in advance.

You can certainly get the gifted money from your father and show it a POF. Please check the following thread for the document requirements.
