OOPNP/OINP Applicants waiting for AOR during Dec & Jan

Hi I filed for OINP human capital stream in Nov, my application was received on Nov 26. I haven't received any AOR yet. Any one knows when will it come through? amy one else in the same boat?

Hello,

My application package reached OINP on November 5. Crossed the 10 week mark this week. Expecting an AOR next week!

I sent them an email yesterday asking for the status of my application.

They haven't started with the November applications from what I observe. Hopefully, they'll start next week.

Do OINP cashed out your Demand Draft if you get an AOR or before AOR ? or they will process DD after you get AOR?

Our DD was encased by OINP after we got the AOR.

I applied under Express entry in late Dec. - got 430 points. Following which I got a notification to file for OINP, which I did & submitted my docs by mid Jan. under Human Capital Priorities scheme ;D .

I am still waiting to hear from OINP folks :'(. Does anybody have any idea about how much time does it usually take for OINP people to approve or reject your application or for that matter to acknowledge that they have received your docs & fees ??? ? Also, if there is any quota for the year & how soon do they generally fill out on it : ?

Any help will be much appreciated..

They are still processing November month files and you may get AOR in late April as per the trend.

They are not yet done with the November folks. You can expect your AOR in 100 - 115 days after OINP received your application.

If your application package is complete, you'll get an AOR. If it is incomplete, it will be sent back to you. You can re-send the application package again after rectifying the error.

After you get AOR, your application will go to the second stage of processing. This might take up to 90 days POST AOR. If they are satisfied, you'll get your nomination. The process has become very long - Around 120- 190 days of processing time. (Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the documents submitted etc,.).
