OOPNP - how do you know if your application is received?

I see application received dates on the OOPNP time spreadsheet. How do people know Opportunities Ontario has received their applications?
I submitted my OOPNP application in person on June 26. I have not received any emails or msgs on MyCIC saying that they have received my application. How will i be notified?
Please let me know..
