I lost my password for the EE profile, unfortunately I cannot link my profile to a new account due to the issue below

I would like to ask if there is any change/ update/ decision at least they will send me an email or I must check my profile regularly (which is impossible now)

Therefore, keep your log-in password carefully.Some applications are experiencing some technical issues
There are some applications that can’t be linked at this time. We are working to resolve the issue.
Applications that can’t be linked at this time are:
Express Entry – Provincial Nominee Program applications
