OOPNP express entry new draw

Hi All,

I want to ask you all when is the next draw of OOPNP for express entry?

Or there are no draws and they select applicants randomly?

Or they have issued all the PTs already and we have to wait for next year?

OOPNP isn't doing draws. They sent out a lot of invitations earlier in June and someone reported getting one as late as the 1st week of July. Things have slowed down considerably though. Probably they have sent out all the invites they wanted to for 2015.
