When has the 90 day period started? When you received AOR or when Ontario received your papers? Also what is the 'date received' mentioned on the AOR?

I received my AOR on 10-Sep-2015 and Ontario received my papers on July 09 2015

The day Ontario received your papers.
Date received mentioned on the AOR is also the date Ontario received your papers with a slight difference. Lets say your application reached their office on September 30 at 6 pm. The AOR will mention that they received your application on the 1st of October - if it is a weekend, the date would be the Monday after.

Incorrect.
The 90 day period starts from the date received mentioned on the AOR and not the date of receipt of the AOR.
For example, lets say XYZ's application was delivered to the OINP office on the 11th of June. They received an AOR on the 15th of June and the date of application received on the AOR is 12 June. Then, their 90 day period would start from the 12th of June.

I received AOR today of my application that was received there on 24th July, 2015. Though I received my AOR today, it mentions the date of receipt of application package as 24th July, 2015. So, your logic seems correct to me as well.
My 90 Days will be over in next two weeks. Do you have any idea that how much more time will it take for final decision on the application?
Thanks

It can take a bit longer.. some of us have been waiting for about 110 days. Visit the OINP spreadsheet to see current trends.

I have called the Opportunities Ontario and asked about my OPNP status since it is more than 90 days. but the Customer Executive said that I should wait 90 days after receiving my AOR... that is strange... I got my AOR on 9th Sep 2015 and mentioned in that my application package received on 9th July. God help us..... I have spent more on this .... money and time and energy.... little bit frustrating. but anyway hoping for the best.

The lady on the phone is misinformed as some of us confirmed by emailing MCIIT that the 90 day period starts when they receive the application.
That being said, the average wait times have been a bit longer than 90 days.

1. No one knows how OPNP calculated the 90 days.

2. Based on previous experience, be prepared that it will take longer than 90 days.

:) Hello all, after two months of waiting, I got the AOR. :) :)

On 20/10/2015, Ontario called on my mobile and asked for the following documents..

1) letter from bank stating that the account is still active. ( I have shown the fixed deposit certificate as the fund)
2) JD from current employer.
3) and 1 year statement from bank where my salary is getting deposited.

Sent all these additional documents on 21/10/2015.

Got the Nomination today 22/10/2015. Accepted and the CRS increased to 1015 within half an hour....

Anyone know, when is the next draw?

I received a verification call (or well, my employer did), and I live outside of Canada, and am FSWP.

Could someone whose employer got call please tell me what all details they asked your employer?

Could you also please tell me what all documents you guys provided for the proof of work experience?

Also, did you guys have a proper Employer letter on the letterhead issued by HR?

My situation is kind of different. In spite of my best efforts I was not able to get the letter in the required format on the letterhead. So, I had a PL issue me the letter in a plain paper and I have submitted a signed copy of his employee ID card. I have sent the original document+ID card copy. In addition to that, I have written a letter of explanation and have attached every other work related proof I have (Appointment Letter, Offer letter, 6 months pay slips, increment letter for the past 2 years).

Could you please advise if my case is solid? :( . I am worried.
