I got my package returned. The only thing missing according to the letter that was attached was that

"IF Degree NOT issued - Official letter from institution advising requirements met, NO FEES ARE OUTSTANDING" was highlighted.

But I gave them proof of my degree from canada and my transcripts to show I graduated a year ago. I chose I was granted my degree on the form and have a signed document from my school. Should I just resubmit showing I owe no money? I feel like I wasted the $12 on postage already.... Should I call?! they didn't take the cheque.

If your degree has Already granted from ur school then u need to provide notary copy of ur degree and u have to submit documents stating that there are no dues , from ur university cashier or finance department .you can also contact Oppurtunities Ontario they provide best customer service and u can ask them regarding ur file they will provide much information.Best of luck

Hi, just a quick question:

When they returned your application, did they notify you via email or message earlier to let you know they were sending you application back?

Thanks.

If you think they rejected you wrongly, you can contact their office and file a dispute.

If that doesn't work, you may also contact your local MP to voice your complaint. (If you are in Canada)

They do not email or message in advance for returned applications.
