I didn't get any red stickers with my application, so I called PNP-O and they replied that these stickers means nothing and I can apply for PR without them. I was confused so I asked then why are you sending them, I got a very lame reply "You can post them on a folder at home so that you know your PNP documents are in it". The person said it's just for the clerical staff at CIO to separate ontario's applicants from other provinces.
Well I wasn't convince but I sent my package to CIO-Sydney without these stickers on April 09. Let's see what happens.
