Ontario PNP OINP, Is there now a technical problem in OINP e-portal?

Since Jan 30, I can not upload any document successfully, When I upload a document in my profile, the message error is always:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Upload failed - java.lang.RuntimeException (in red color)

Does anybody have the same issue here? thanks a lot!!!!

FYI: I got an NOI on Jan 24 for French-Speaking skilled worker stream.
