Anyone predict when next skill trade pnp draw open and how much minimum CRS.

Hi All. I'm submitting my docs to OINP.
Do Visa Officers contact the employer check the Roles and Resp word by word with what we have uploaded
I have added few more points to my reference letter and I hope I should be through
But still a general out of box question
A Few of my friends too did submit their docs but never really heard from anyone that VO has specifically contacted the employer for reference letter verification
Hence thot of asking

I have a query, I had my passport reissued for change for address for acquiring police clearance certificate. Do I need to update it on my EE profile? Or shall I uploaded both my passport with an LOE post ITA?
