Hello.. I am a newbie here..
I am a Graphic Designer/Visualizer & Photographer living in India. I do all kinds of publication designs (books and magazines), ad designs, ad campaigns - concept to completion, brand identities, Editorial & Documentary Photography. I am also well experienced in 3D renderings. For the last 2 years I am doing freelancing in Graphic Design and Photography. Before this I was working at an Animation Studio. for about 3 and a half years. I left that job to pursue Creative Designing and Photography which is my passion. Advertising is where I want to really get in and work with creative ad agencies to make crazy ad campaigns..
So thats my story. Now my questions...
1. Am I eligible for Ontario PNP?
2. Is it mandatory that I should have been in a college or university in Ontario before I apply for a PNP?
3. Or Can I apply for Ontario PNP directly from India? just like that.. as an individual who wants to immigrate to Canada.
I went through some internet studies and the first thing they say is that,
I should have a job offer from a Canadian Employer.
But I tried emailing my cv to many firms and ad agencies in Canada for a job. None replied.
4. If I don't have a job offer is there any other ways to immigrate to Canada?
5. Without a job offer is my PNP application eligible?
One more problem which I am facing is..
Some of the employers in Canada say that
"YOU SHOULD HAVE A LEGAL WORK STATUS TO JOIN US"
but...
IMMIGRATION SAYS "YOU SHOULD HAVE A JOB OFFER FROM A CANADIAN EMPLOYER TO APPLY FOR A VISA"..
6. What should I do now?
The employer wont give me job because I dont have a visa or work permit...
The Immigration people wont give me a visa...because I dont have a job offer from a Canadian Employer..
Please advice me. I am a genuine creative artist who is looking forward to work with creative ad agencies and give the best in me to them. I would love to be a in a team of creative professionals and I am really a hard worker and I have a lot of ideas and visualizations going on in my mind to be a successful creative professional . I am not getting a good chance to expose myself. PLEASE HELP...
