Ontario PNP entry with CRS 400 points

Hi,

One consultant told me if I will score CRS400 points or closer to 405, Ontario will automatically pick my file, how true is this statement?
Please add your suggestions, if I will score 405 points, what would be my luck?

The consultant is incorrect. Having a score above 400 doesn't guarantee you'll be selected.
