Ontario onip log in problem

I am applying the skill trade stream under the onip
But I cannot successfully log in
I stay at the page of I am not robot
I cannot move to further page
Anybody knows what happened or just Ontario one key system is wrong?

The website is facing technical problems since yesterday. The last time something similar happened (May 31), the issue was sorted after a few days.

I have to submit the application by coming friday.. or my 14days limit will run out.. and i am not able to submit the application because of this issue... what should i do ?

I have no idea body,my work permit also expire coming Friday so I have to submit application before that. We are at the same boat
I wrote the email to the Ontario nominee ,hopefully they can fix it soon.i will call them tomorrow to ask. Can you also send the email to them.i believe the more people report this issue ,the faster speed they will fix it

My Nephew did two year program as Mechanical Technician and working in Ontario from Jan 2016. His EE score is 378. He created his profile on June 12th . NOC 7311. he got NOI today around 3:00PM. under Skilled trades....
Can any one help for next step?

also take screen shot of notification of interest from CIC website you need that to upload in ONIP website
