I've some queries about experience criteria in OINP:

1) Is apprenticeship counted as experience (whether NOC O,A,B) under OINP application process? I am showing only 1 year experience gained around 3 years back BUT it was a 1-year Post-Master's INTERNSHIP while in UK (was done while on Work Permit not Student Permit) which unlike Canadian Apprenticeship is not 5 years and no UK citizenship is required, was contractually bonded for 1-year, continuous, fulltime, taxed, regular (that could be proved through reference letter, copies of all paystubs). Now, since I'm not sure of what is equivalent of UK Internship in Canada called, can I use this experience as sole way to just satisfy the OINP PNP Nomination criteria for experience?

2)Above mentioned 1year internship was done about 3 years back (May 2011-July 2012). In between then and now and before, I have worked for many companies but never done continuous work for more than 1year and have no reference letters for same. So is it okay to only mention my experience gained in past 10 year (I graduated in 2008 itself so cant go that far though) in the OINP application form or do I need some documents to evidence that also?

3)Is the minimum number of years of experience requirement under OINP same (i.e. 1 in my case) for post-ITA evaluation stage also?

4)Lastly, please answer my query about content of reference letter:
a)should it have Holiday/leave benefits
b)can HR Executive sign it(My immediate manager is no more with the company)

I'll be really really obliged if as many people can reply so that there is less incongruity
