I'm afraid you're not going to like the answer, but the creating of a new profile does not guarantee you a PT NOI. No ones KNOWS how Ontario is selecting the candidates for PT NOI, but on thing is for certain if they gave EVERYONE on the pool who has CRS over 400 PT NOI then they'd be in a lot of trouble to keep the number o Noms within their quota.

I created my EE profile on March 18 and I didnt get a NoI. There is no guarantee that new profiles will be picked. Nobody knows how Ontario chooses.

thanks for the reply guys.lets see how it goes otherwise have to give ielts again for better score.

The easiest and fastest way to increase your score without depending on a province or an employer

Highly recommended that you reappear for IELTS and score CLB 9 equivalent scores - if you have'nt.
CLB 9 scores can increase your CRS points by atleast 50 additional points. So go for it.

My points increased by 60. Go for it.

If you are legally married, then you cannot mention as Single in your EE profile. You can state that your husband is not accompanying with you to Canada. If you apply for your own self for PR, and then want to sponsor your husband , it will take additional 12 months for his PR.

Thanks for clarifying. One more thing is it necessary to stay there to sponser my husband for dependent visa. I can do it from my home country after getting my immigration visa stamp.

After you get your PR, you can apply separately for your husband, which will take few months. Not sure about the time it will take if you stay back in your home country. But yes if you move to Canada, then it will take 12 months.

Ok thanks for the update but I have spoke to few consultant in india they were saying dependent visa is not an issue and you will get it very soon they saying it take one month maximum. What is your view guys ?

No. As a PR, you would be required to reside in Canada throughout the sponsorship process. A few short trips would be OK but anything more than that would put the app at risk.

There is no such thing as a "dependent visa". Expect that sponsoring your spouse would take about one year. I suggest you join a New Delhi thread in the Family Class section to get an idea of recent processing time.

Ontario specifically suggested to created new profile.
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

You should have created new profile.

I created new profile on 10th April 2017 and got NOI (Notification of Interest) on 11th April 2017.
