I have a question.

I have 424 points and I'm considering creating a new profile.

But I've already provided this old EE profile number and job seeker code for many PNPs that I applied in the last 2 months. So what now? I think I can of course mail those provinces, telling them that the earlier profile is not active anymore and the new number is thus.

My question is - Does this change of EE profile number have any bearing on the PNP applications? Would it make it vulnerable to rejections or cause more delays because the profile number in their data record will be inactive, right?

After all, there is no guarantee that someone will get a PT notification after new profile. And if it is going to cause more delays in my existing PNP, I will rather not create a new profile at all!

Its better gou wait cause your PNP applications will be voided with change in your EE profile

Well, I am not very sure about this but this is my 2 cents. The province might ask you why you created another profile and why you withdrew the existing one. You most definitely cannot tell them that you did this to get a Ontario PT for obvious reasons. So, better have solid reasons as to why you did this.

Also IMO, it might or might not delay your existing PNP applications. What really matters is what stage you are currently in with your other PNP applications. Say you have received an AOR from a province, if I were you, I would wait. Don't take the slightest chance and jeopardize your existing PNP application that is in an advanced stage of processing.

This is only my opinion!

Well, I myself have mentioned this a lot of times in the forum. You would have known this if you had took some time to check other related topics.

Nothing different will happen after you create a new profile except you'll get a message in your myCIC account that says "Ontario would like to consider you for nomination under its provincial nominee program...". This is called a PT or interest letter. After you get this, you can send your application to Ontario.

I got it after recreating. I suggested this to other people and at least 5 people to who I recommended got PT.

Did I answer your question?
Yes this is a perfect and helpful answer, thank you. If you took the time to actually see that I did ask you in this very topic about this, you would have known that I do not need an explanation of how to deactivate, I am asking for the people who actually did this, if they received the damn notification from Ontario. I dont have time to go hunt for information in every topic on this forum.
You people are weird, but thank you for your time.

No disrespect but if you feel you have "no time to go hunt for information on every topic" for YOUR application, then I don't know what to say to you! If you need information, you have to search and search well! I don't mean to offend you.

Good luck with your application! All the very best!!

Haha.. You don't have time to search through the forum for your application, but you want others to do it for you.. And you call others weird? Wow!

I guess I hit that part of the internet today...

Anyway, good luck all!

I didnt say that I dont have time to research for my application, I am here every day, reading whatever I can. I dont have to justify myself to you.
This is an official topic for this particular subject, it would be very beneficial to actually read what people ask instead of just blabbering some words as a response. When I ask the people who did deactivate their accounts to tell me what changed in their new application, I do NOT expect people to tell me how to deactivate my account.

READ BEFORE YOU ANSWER!!!

Why do people keep listing the steps to create a new profile???
Thank you for your time, but we all know how to deactivate and create a new profile. What can be helpful is if someone who actually did all this, received a Notification of Interest from the OINP. Please let us know if you do. That is what people here are interested to know. Did anything different happen AFTER you created a new profile.
ok dear friend 1 here is the thing : I have withdrawn my old ee profile and again recreated new ee profile, as soon as i did this I have also created new job bank profile. even after doing all this I did not get any PT as this was not guaranteed according to the website.

Thank you for your input, my friend. I am thinking of deleting my profile on the weekend. Hopefully something changes, I do have more than 400, and I do score way above their 67 points requirements, so in theory I should receive something.

When did you delete your profile, maybe it needs more than 24 hours to process?

I also recreated yesterday and now hoping to get PT from Ontario. score :438, NOC : 2173

One thing is not clear: whether PT is sent 7 days of a week randomly or only after the EE draw happens !

I think they send the PT's at random times. Some have gotten on Tuesday others got on Fridays (i got on a Friday)

So just hope you get good news within 7 - 10 days of creating a new profile.

Hi @Asivad and other members on this thread

I created my profile on 10th october. CRS 440. I am considering to make a new profile after reading the news update.

However, I need your opinions/solutions on the below.

On 24th of October, I filled and sent an EOI form for Prince Edward Island (PEI) . It was a simple form. To date, I haven't received any interest notification or anything from PEI. If now, I make a new profile, can I send a new EOI with new profile number? Obviously I cant tell them that disregard my old EOI because of Ontario system glitch has caused me to make new profile.

I need your opinions.

**Final decision will be mine, all responsibility on me**

Buddy i am sorry to say but i dont think that PEI has any interest in your NOC otherwise they would have asked you to send your documents along with the forms for PNP nomination to them through email.

I'd suggest you to make new EE profile and hope for PT from Ontario.
